Listing on Ebay tonight!
Here it is... launching in about 1 hour. I'm so excited to be back making pages. I thought listing bears 2 weeks ago was an accomplishment 2 weeks ago, but this is the icing on the cake. The feeling I experienced after completing this layout last night was euphoric. I suppoes it would be since it took me over 3 weeks - LOL.

OMG... I finished a layout!
It seems like forever since I've done a layout to list on ebay! I've done quite a few of my own layouts the past few months. I'm still not even close to being caught up.
So I actually have one layout completed and another one almost done. Mind if you will, the strawberry one I started right after we received our Doodlebug shipment. That was well over a month ago. The "clover" one was started.... can you guess? Yep, around St. Patricks Day. I hope to have both listed tomorrow night.
Here's a peek.

New Tear Bears
I've got some new bears ready. I think they turned out cute. The bubble bears were inspired by Lindsay. We've spent a great deal of time outside blowing bubbles this summer. Of course with Dougie playing T-Ball, he claims the inspiration for our baseball bear. Abby's been jumping rope like it's going out of style. Although she's my "jeans & t-shirt" girl, the dress doesn't suit her image, but it suits mine - LOL. When she was a toddler, she wouldn't wear anything but dresses.
I'm working on a few others, but they won't be ready until tomorrow.

Mocha Mulberry Paper being Discontinued...
We received notice from our mulberry paper manufacturer informing us that they will be discontinuing the production of their MOCHA mulberry paper. Apparently, there have been several problems with controlling the consistency in color, texture and thickness. (Honestly, I must say "NO Kidding" - LOL). Because of these factors, their production line will no longer be making this color.
Once our stock is sold out, we will no longer be carrying MOCHA. This change will effect other sellers that are supplied by this manufacturer as well.
If you are a MOCHA bear artist, you will need to switch to CARAMEL. This color was generally 1 shade darker than MOCHA. Honestly, from our last order, I see no difference in either color. We just know the difference becauase we label every package that comes in with the color and product number.
If you are worried about switching colors, relax. It's okay. CARAMEL is the color I have always used in making my bear for the past several years, and is the color that I recommend to all of our clients. It's our best selling tear bear color. If you are making the switch, you'll be delighted with the color, feel, texture and ease of tearing this paper. It's my favorite.

ONLINE SHOPPERS COUPON!
Hi Everyone!
It's been a bit busy here lately with school ending (finally, but I'm ready to send them back now - lol), and getting Abby and Dougie ready for their trip to Disney with their Dad. They left tonight and will be boarding the plane tomorrow morning. Needless to say, I'm already missing them.
I am happy to announce that I have been back to creating, so I hope to have some new listings up on ebay and etsy in the very near future.
I created my first Designer Purse Album (tm) as a gift for Abby's 2nd grade teacher. I also made an adorable "house album" for Abby. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take any pictures of the Butterfly purse album. I was up until 5am completing it, took a "nap" and back up at 5 to get her ready for school. Yes indeed, I was tired. I have a similar one that I am finishing up to put on display in our store. It will be used as a sample for those interested in taking a class in the late summer. I have already been in contact with Tonya Strange, the amazing creator of these gorgeous albums, to obtain permission to teach her technique. These are so much fun to make... I must admit, I am addicted creating them.
Back to the original topic. A few weeks ago, I posted a coupon for our in-store shoppers. Well, not it is the online shopper turn. :) Click on this link to go shopping! Following this link will give you a 10% off discount on your entire purchase in our online store ONLY.
I'd like to thank ALL of our customers for their continued support. If our store can manage to get through this tough economy, we just might make it.
Smiles,
Kimm
